Challenge Naturela – Detox


Day 1 and 2

✅ When you wake up, drink a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of Turmeric Powder Naturela®. This will help you with your digestion.

✅ Breakfast: a green apple-spinach-mint smoothie with two spoonfuls of #Spirulina For mid-morning drink a glass of vegetable milk with a whole wheat rice doughnuts and chickpeas Naturela®.

✅ Lunch a roasted chicken breast fillet, lettuce salad, arugula and cherry tomatoes. Drink an infusion of Spiruté in the afternoon; it will have a digestive effect that will do your body good.

Day 3 and 4

Day 5:

🍃Start your day drinking a bottle of Green3®. It will keep you hydrated during the day. Include it during and after your exercise routine.
